Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your subscription to Chuie, operated by Abhay Vikram Singh (sole proprietor, trading as Chuie), S-2/464, Saraswati Puram, Khargapur, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India (“we”, “us”). By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

• Chuie is a subscription of surprise boxes for children aged 4–12: ₹1,199 per month for 4 boxes, delivered anywhere in India. In Lucknow one box is delivered each week; everywhere else all 4 boxes arrive together once a month in a single parcel, each labelled with the week it is meant for. Additional children in the same family are billed at the sibling rate shown at checkout.
• Box contents are a surprise by design and vary week to week. Every toy is BIS-compliant and age-appropriate. Boxes never contain sugary treats.
• Introductory offers may vary by venue and are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments

• At checkout you set up UPI Autopay through Razorpay. The full amount (₹1,199 per month, plus the sibling rate for any additional children) is charged then and automatically each month thereafter. The amount and schedule are shown before you authorise the mandate.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month via UPI Autopay until you cancel. Early-opening subscribers keep their locked-in rate for as long as the subscription stays active.
• We never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank details; Razorpay handles the payment.

Pausing and cancelling

• You can pause or cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next autopay charge and takes effect from your next billing date — boxes already paid for in the current month are still delivered. To pause or cancel, message us (details below) and we’ll confirm.

Delivery

• We deliver to the address you gave at signup. If nobody is available, we’ll coordinate a redelivery with you at no charge.
• Serviceable areas are listed at checkout and may expand over time.

Safety

Toys are selected for the age band derived from your child’s date of birth. Adult supervision is recommended for children under the printed age guidance on individual items. If any item arrives damaged, tell us on WhatsApp and we’ll replace it in the next delivery.

Liability & law

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the month the claim arose. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
