Chuie (“we”, “us”) is operated by Abhay Vikram Singh (sole proprietor, trading as Chuie), S-2/464, Saraswati Puram, Khargapur, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use chuie.in and why. We built Chuie for our own neighbourhood, and we treat your family’s data the way we’d want ours treated.

What we collect

• Your details: your name, mobile number, and delivery address (society, tower/flat, landmark).
• Your child’s details: first name and date of birth. We use these only to pick age-appropriate toys, avoid repeats, and send a birthday surprise. We never collect more about your child, and we never show your child ads.
• Payment: your payment is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank account, or card details.
• Usage: anonymous events on our site (page views, checkout steps) tagged with the venue code from the QR you scanned, so we know which venues to visit again.

How we use it

• To deliver boxes and personalise their contents.
• To contact you about your order and deliveries — for now, personally by phone or WhatsApp from the founding team. We don’t send marketing blasts.
• To process your payment through Razorpay.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data to anyone.
• Share your child’s information with any third party, except the minimum needed to operate (e.g. our database host).
• Send you email spam — we don’t even ask for your email.

Who we share with

Only service providers required to run Chuie: Razorpay (payments) and our hosting and database providers. Each receives only what it needs.

Your rights

Ask us any time to see, correct, or delete your data — one WhatsApp message to +91 63871 52393 is enough. If you cancel, we keep only what Indian law requires us to keep (payment records) and delete the rest on request.
